The Great Room at Cordis, Auckland is one of the largest pillarless ballrooms in New Zealand, with a function space capable of seating up to 860 banquet style or 1,150 theatre style.
This glamorous ballroom has full high definition technology and 33 stunning crystal chandeliers with the latest colour-changing LED lamps.
It can divide into 4 separate rooms, creating a flexible space for events and meetings, concurrent sessions and exhibitions.

The magnificent Great Room will host banquets for up to 860 guests and breaks out into 4 versatile, multi-purpose rooms. Our modern, purpose-built Gallery Rooms seat from 40 to 80 theatre-style, while our Boardroom caters for meetings of up to 12. For medium-sized events, our stunning Crystal Ballroom caters for up to 200 banquet style and breaks out into two versatile event spaces.
A dedicated Convention Services coordinator will work alongside you to deliver the perfect event from start to finish. Banquet menus are created by our team of expert chefs, and dedicated banqueting staff guarantee professional and exceptional service for your guests.
