This unique room has been the home of The 13th Floor and Radio 13 for the past 8 years. Now, it’s open to public and private events.

If you’re looking for a performance space, The 13th Floor can hold up to 60 people comfortably. Its available both daytime and night-time…we’ve already had professional photographers use the studio for photo shoots and they’ve been thrilled with the results.

Please also consider holding your next press conference, business meeting, private function or art instalment here. Also available with the room is an upright piano, a PA, convenient toilets for patrons and we have a caterer available if needed along with complete multi-camera video capabilities.

Also, there is plenty of parking nearby.
